As a recovering people-pleaser and overachiever, I found myself with chronic burnout & post-traumatic stress in 2020 after checking many of the boxes society set for me... boxes I honestly thought I wanted. It turns out, I had ignored my intuitive nudges for far too long, which became so clear in hindsight. I had known I was meant for so much more all along.

At the depths of my rock bottom, I burnt my life down and built it back back in full alignment with my intuition as my guide paired with all the spiritual & quantum teachings I learned over the years.

After wildly manifesting nearly everything on my dream life list, I created my signature framework to teach others how to create an abundant aligned life they love too.

Part of my commitment to living in alignment meant also fully embracing my intuitive psychic gifts I had been suppressing and confused about for many years.
